The year here
Best here: March, April, May, September, October, November.
The Red Sea — no monsoon here; the season is rain and water temperature. Written by hand from how the season actually runs, calibrated against what the boats do, since a season that disagrees with the operators is wrong however good the meteorology behind it. It describes most years, not this one: the forecast above is what knows about next week.
- Winter (Dec–Feb) — Water down to 21°C and northerly wind. Diveable in a 5mm; quiet and cheap.
- High summer (Jul–Aug) — 45°C on the deck and 30°C water. The diving is fine; the surface interval is punishing.
